Terms & Conditions
These general conditions apply to chauffeur, passenger transport, luxury vehicle transport and security services supplied by Royal Limousine & Security Gstaad GmbH.
1. Scope & Contracting Party
The contracting party is Royal Limousine & Security Gstaad GmbH, Güterstrasse 2, 3780 Gstaad, Switzerland. These conditions govern all services requested via website, telephone or email.
2. Quotation & Confirmation
Quotations are subject to vehicle and driver availability. A binding contract is concluded upon written confirmation from Royal Limousine or upon commencement of service.
3. Prices & Terms of Payment
All rates are stated in Swiss Francs (CHF) including statutory Swiss VAT where applicable. Payments may be completed via invoice, bank transfer, credit card or cash upon agreement.
4. Cancellations & Modifications
Cancellations made more than 48 hours prior to service are free of charge. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a cancellation fee of up to 100% of the agreed quotation.
5. Chauffeur Transport & Rules
Passengers are required to comply with Swiss seatbelt regulations. Smoking and the consumption of illicit substances in vehicles are strictly prohibited.
6. Applicable Law & Jurisdiction
All agreements are governed by substantive Swiss law. The exclusive place of jurisdiction is Saanen / Bern, Switzerland.
